By using, browsing, or registering on sarahah.net you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the service immediately.

sarahah.net is an anonymous messaging platform that allows account holders to receive messages from people who choose to hide their identity. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify features or suspend the service at any time without prior notice.

Registration is available exclusively via a Google account using OAuth 2.0. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and not sharing your credentials. Creating multiple accounts, fake accounts, or impersonating others is prohibited.

Publishing or sending the following content is explicitly prohibited:

• Threats of violence, physical harm, or harassment.
• Explicit pornographic content or sexual material involving minors.
• Hate speech based on religion, gender, race, nationality, or sexual orientation.
• Personal data of other individuals (doxxing).
• Malware, phishing links, or deceptive content.
• Any content that constitutes a violation of laws in relevant jurisdictions.

Anonymity is a core feature of the service. However, anonymity does not confer exemption from legal liability. In cases of serious threats or legitimate legal requests we may cooperate with the relevant authorities to identify responsible parties.

All platform elements — including the logo, design, code, images, and content — are owned by sarahah.net and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part may be copied or republished without prior written permission. User-generated content remains the property of users; however, users grant the platform a limited licence to display and deliver it to the relevant account holders.

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not warrant:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The accuracy or reliability of any content sent by users.
• That the service will meet your specific needs or expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sarahah.net shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including damages arising from message content.

You agree to indemnify sarahah.net, its operators, and employees against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these terms or the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms or suspected harmful activity. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These terms are governed by the laws in force at the location of the service's operations. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by arbitration or before the competent judicial authority.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
