sarahah.net ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is an anonymous messaging service that allows registered users to send and receive messages without revealing their identity. We provide the technical infrastructure only. We are not the author, publisher, or endorser of any message transmitted through our Platform.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content you send through the Platform. By using the Platform you agree that you will NOT:

• Send threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or obscene messages.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Disclose another person's private or personally identifiable information without consent (doxxing).
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Use the Platform for commercial spam or unsolicited mass messaging.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Threats of violence or bodily harm against any individual or group.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually explicit content involving minors.
• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Content that constitutes stalking, blackmail, or extortion.
• Malicious links, phishing attempts, or malware distribution.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent. If we discover a user is below the minimum age, we will immediately suspend and delete their account and all associated data.

We collect the minimum data required to operate the service (username, email, profile information). We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, sarahah.net AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• The content of any anonymous message sent or received through the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on information received through the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the service.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless sarahah.net, its operators, and all associated personnel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party.

All Platform components including but not limited to design, code, logos, and non-user-generated content are the exclusive property of sarahah.net and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any part of the Platform is strictly prohibited.

We maintain a reporting mechanism for abusive content. Upon receipt of a credible report, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently terminate the offending account.
• Preserve and disclose relevant records to law enforcement authorities upon lawful request.
• Remove any violating content without prior notice.
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

We do not provide anonymity to those who use the Platform to commit crimes.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not permitted, by courts of competent jurisdiction in our operating jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
